These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brain Spark ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

Brain Spark is a puzzle game. You agree to use the App legally and not attempt to interfere with the App, servers, purchases, achievements, leaderboard systems, advertisements, or other related services.

Accounts

The App may create an anonymous account automatically and may allow you to link it with Google Sign-In or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds, payment handling, and transaction records follow the rules of the store platform used for the purchase.

Advertisements

The App may display advertisements. Advertising availability, reward ads, and ad behavior may vary by region, platform, device, and network conditions.

Achievements and leaderboards

The App may support achievements, leaderboards, and other online features. These features may require Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, network access, or other platform services.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, automate, tamper with purchases, manipulate achievements or leaderboards, or misuse the App or related services.

Content and availability

We may update levels, features, prices, rewards, advertisements, and services from time to time. Some online features may require network access and may not always be available.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion through the App or through the Delete Account page. Deleting an account may permanently remove game progress, cloud save data, and related account data.

Disclaimer

The App is provided as-is and as available. We work to keep it stable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
