Delete Account

Brain Spark supports Firebase Anonymous Authentication and Google Sign-In/Apple Sign-In. Users can delete their account inside the app or request deletion by email.

In-app deletion path:
Settings → Delete Account

How to request deletion

Open the app settings page and choose Delete Account.
Or email us at sandbox.zsw@gmail.com with the subject line: Delete Account Request.

Data deleted

Firebase Authentication account.
Cloud save and gameplay progress stored under your user ID.
Game settings and account-linked game data stored by Brain Spark.

Data retained

Purchase records may be retained by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their transaction, tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
Records required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, or legal obligations may be retained only as long as necessary.

Processing time

We will process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request.
